   You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Return:

   • We accept returns on both used and unused kits, as long as the product was purchased directly through our official store.

   • We kindly ask that all components be returned with the original packaging, when possible, to help us improve our offerings.

3. Easy & Free Returns:

   • Returns are 100% free.

   • Simply contact our support team at kvari000@gmail.com or use the return request form on our website.

   • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

4. Refunds Time:
   Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect and process your refund within 7–15 business days. Your original payment method will be credited, and you'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Important Notes:

• Products purchased through unauthorized retailers or third-party platforms are not eligible for returns or refunds through Kvari.

• We do not offer refunds for shipping upgrades (if selected at checkout), but the product cost will always be refunded in full.
